Q: How long can we get samples about gelatin?
A: We'll send you in 3-7 days once confirmed.
Q: Can we buy through our china office?
A: Of course, please kindly provide us the contact information of your China office.
Q: How many deposit we need to pay before production?
A: As company rules: 30% deposit need be paid before production. But if you are regular customer, 20% deposit is acceptable.
Q: How long is your lead time?
A: It depends on the quantity you order, but usually is 10-15 working days.
Q: Can you make special packing for us?
A: Yes, we accept OEM & ODM.
Q: Could we get free sample?
A: During passed 9 years,we found that these buyers who paid sample fee before order have become our regular customers. Some other buyers who received free sample had negative attitude and rate of transaction was low. Some buyers who have no power to get business or have no keen purchase always reject paying courier fee. Then ,our company set a rule below so that could check resellers' power of business or user's sincerely of purchase.

Q: How many tons could be loaded in each container?
A: Loading quantity
For Gelatin, 20feet container is always used to load about 20mt(20-60mesh),15-20mt(5-12mesh) ,without pallets
40feet container is always used to load about 26mt(5-60 mesh), without pallets
Q: When packing on pallets needed?
A: For Gelatin, 20feet container is always used to load about 13mt-15mt, each pallet packed one ton of product.
40feet container is always used to load about 20mt.
Cost of pallet needed to be added to offer ,about 25$ per piece.
